Introduction

Her father used writing to write down her thoughts and helped introduce her to writing. She used writing to find her voice and express her feelings or thoughts. Reading and poems inspired her to become a writer when she grows up. She was friends with the popular kids, but never really felt like she belonged or fit in with the rest of them.
